Architecture Inspired Intensive Summer Program

for Rising 10th & 11th Grade Students Interested in Architecture

Dillon Kyle Architects is now accepting applications for the 2024 Architecture Inspired Intensive Summer Program, (AiSqaured). This two-week immersive program will explore how architects shape the spaces where we live, work, and play. Students in the Houston area interested in Architecture are welcome to apply.

Orientation - July 2, 2024 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Sessions July (8-11), (15-19), 2024 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Participants will attend two weeks of sessions that include guided independent design exercises, lectures from industry professionals, field lessons to architectural sites, visits to local colleges and universities, the creation of computer model and drawings, and will showcase their own work at a closing exhibition. Sessions will take place at Dillon Kyle Architects’ design studio located in the Houston Museum District. Students completing the two-week AiSquared program will receive competitive monetary compensation.

Requirements:

Enrolled in 10th or 11th Grade for the 2024-2025 School Year

2.5 G.P.A. / Participant Essay / Two References
